Marietta City Schools Engineering Design Expo

MARIETTA, GA -Join Marietta City Schools in its annual Engineering Design Expo Sunday, May 4 2014, from 2pm to 5pm at Marietta High School. “This year the Expo soars to new heights in demonstrating the best of interactive quality STEM education.” said Dr. Emily Lembeck, Marietta City Schools Superintendent. “It is an engaging and fun event that our students, families and community will not want to miss.” The event will showcase the STEM Magnet program from grades 3 through 8, and the Career Pathways and Pre-Engineering Department at Marietta High School. The event will consist of hands-on STEM and gaming activities for the whole family, Flight demonstrations, STEM in the Military with drone and tank simulators, STEM in racing with the Reese Cox Racing Team, STEM in Art, as well as a college and career fair, and much more. Event is free and open to the public. Please come and support Marietta City Schools and its community partners.
